Akytec ITP series digital process indicators are easy to configure and feature a compact and smart design. The T-shaped housing provides both a relatively large screen and a conventional and practical mounting bracket of 22.5mm. The front of all process indicators is rectangular with dimensions 48 x 26 mm and IP65 waterproof standard. The display is large enough to display 14 mm high characters. The 7-segment digits can be displayed with either red or green LEDs (depending on the device variation).

With the exception of the wall-mount version (ITP11-W), all akYtec process indicators are designed to be installed in a 22.5 mm mounting hole, which is standard for LED indicator lights, pushbuttons and rocker switches. These process indicators do not require mounting screws or special rectangular cut-outs, making them quick, easy and very simple to mount in a control panel or on a control cabinet door. The ITP11-W has a universal housing - it can be mounted on a DIN rail or pipe.

ITP11 is a universal industrial process monitoring indicator that can be connected to any sensor or device with an output signal of 4...20mA. The display values can be set according to the required values (e.g. 4mA= 0 /20mA= 100 or 4mA= -100 and 20mA= +100) the display value is linearly calculated for the set values.
No additional power supply is required as the display is powered from a 4..20mA loop.
Mounting is in a standard 22.5mm hole in the distributor door, which is normally used for signal lights, pushbuttons and switches. This ensures easy and convenient mounting of the device in the panel and, thanks to its compact size, it is possible to place several displays of this type next to each other.
The ITP11 process indicator is particularly suited to quickly and easily set up a local, visual indication of process values. It can be used to display various process values such as pressure, humidity, temperature, displacement, etc.
ITP14 is a universal process indicator for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. Equipped with digital output and configurable analogue input. The NPN transistor output can control loads up to 42V DC / 200mA, allowing on/off control switching. The input can be configured from voltage signals (0-10V, etc.) and also from current signals (4-20mA, etc.).
The compact design allows mounting in a 22.5 mm hole, which is commonly used for push-button signal lamps and switches. This ensures quick and easy installation and allows several of these displays to be placed side by side in a control cabinet door or panel.
The process indicator ITP14 also supports an alarm function. When this function is activated, if the process exceeds the set values, the display starts flashing.
The device requires a 24V DC power supply. The indicator has an IP65 rated front panel and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.

The ITP15 is a compact panel process indicator with a bar graph designed to visualise analogue input signals in the range 0 to 100% with 10 indication fields of 10% each. The input signal can be a linear voltage signal 0(2)-10V or a current signal 0(4)-20mA.
Thanks to the cylindrical shape of the housing mounting part, the ITP15 bar graph panel meter can be positioned vertically or horizontally without changing the mounting cut-out. The indicator fits perfectly into a standard cut-out of 22,5mm diameter, commonly used to mount standard signal lamps or pushbuttons in control cabinets or panels.
In addition, the ITP15 is equipped with an NPN transistor output that can be used for simple on-off functionality. The output signal can control loads up to 200mA, 42V DC.
The ITP16 is an industrial process temperature indicator and controller. Equipped with digital output and configurable analogue input. The ITP16 input can be used with 0-1V, RTDs (Pt100, Pt1000, etc.) or thermocouples (K, J, etc.). See below for a complete list of sensors used. The output of the NPN transistor can be used for the control function. Shutter load up to 200 mA / 42 V DC, which can be used for ON/OFF control or as alarm output.

SMI2 is a universal display/indicator with RS485 interface. Measured values can be displayed in up to four numeric positions.

The RS485 display of the SMI2 can be used for many categories of tasks.
