The SICK EnkSET10 is an encoder starter kit designed for fast and convenient installation, configuration, and replacement of a SICK DFS60 series programmable encoder on site. The kit helps minimize production downtime and allows the encoder parameters to be adjusted according to the requirements of a specific machine or application. Using the SICK programming tool and SOPAS software, the DFS60 encoder can be configured on site by setting the number of pulses, electrical interface, zero pulse position, and other parameters. The kit includes: * DFS60B-S4PA10000 encoder, part no. 1036720 * KUP-1010-S coupling, part no. 2056408 * DOS-2312-G M23 connector, part no. 6027538 * PGT-08-S programmer, part no. 1036616 * DSL-3D08-G0M5AC3 connection cable, part no. 2046580 Technical features: Programmable pulse values from 1 to 10,000 pulses per revolution; special models up to 65,536 pulses per revolution. TTL/RS-422 and HTL/push-pull electrical interfaces are supported. Zero pulse position and width can be configured. Housing diameter: 60 mm. Protection rating: up to IP67/IP65. Programming is performed using SICK SOPAS software.
