Epack Lite offers unlimited possibilities for controlling production processes using industrial communication protocols. Product quality is critically dependent on precise temperature control, and this is where an efficient solution from Watlow Eurotherm comes in. When introducing this product into production, we are faced with complex requirements that require multiple parameters to be controlled and monitored.
We use a variety of protocols including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and ProfiNet to optimise our work. We can control parameters using Eurotherm iTools v9.86 software, creating logic elements or using equipment such as PLCs or Weintek panels to help optimise production processes.
Eurotherm iTools v9.86 is designed to provide complete support for Eurotherm temperature and process controllers, power controllers and loggers. This versatile suite of software tools allows the configuration and monitoring of controllers and relays, and provides graphical monitoring of logger operation. It makes it easy to edit, save and "clone" complete controller configurations, as well as set up data logging and process monitoring, giving you complete control over your production processes and their efficiency.
