In industrial environments, a simple light or sound signal is not always sufficient. In automated production lines, warehouses and other technical environments, it is important not only to attract the operator's attention, but also to quickly and clearly convey information about the situation that has occurred.
Sirena XLINE is designed specifically for such tasks. It is a modular Ø150 mm signalling and communication device that combines light signalling, text display, sound signals and voice notifications. The device can be adapted to a specific machine, process or work environment to ensure appropriate and easily understandable information transfer.
One of the key advantages of XLINE is the ability to combine several information channels simultaneously. For example, in the event of an error, it is possible to activate a red light signal, display the error code on the display and simultaneously activate a sound or voice notification.
The XLINE system consists of several modules that can be combined with each other. They can be selected and arranged according to the requirements of the specific machine, process or work environment.

The modules are connected by a screw-fit construction, while the display and LED modules can be arranged in different sequences. This makes it possible to create a configuration according to the requirements of a specific project.
 | XLINE Display uses 385 high-brightness LEDs and supports messages of up to 32 characters. The manufacturer specifies readability at a distance of more than 20 metres. In addition to text display, scrolling, direction indication, level indicator, counter and timer modes are available. |
XLINE LED uses 48 high-brightness LEDs and is designed for single-colour visual signalling. XLINE RGB uses 24 RGBW LEDs, providing the possibility to use different signalling colours and light effects. XLINE Sounder provides a sound level of up to 113 dB(A) at a distance of 1 metre and offers three volume levels. 32 selectable sound signals are available.
Using XLINE Wiring Base USB, it is also possible to upload customised audio files and use the Text-to-Speech function. This makes it possible to supplement the sound signal with a specific voice instruction, which can be particularly useful in emergency situations or for informing the operator.

XLINE Wiring Base is available in NFC and USB-C versions. The NFC version is configured with the MySirena mobile app, while the USB-C version also allows the use of MySirena software on a computer.

The product documentation also mentions MODBUS TCP/IP integration, and support for industrial PLC integration with appropriate libraries and configuration files is planned.
