1. Mollet MOLOSwave series sensors for continuous level measurement
MOLOSwave series sensors are specifically designed for use with various types of bulk materials with a dielectric constant above 1,8. During the measurement, high-frequency microwave pulses are coupled onto the probe and guided along with the probe to the bulk goods. The product surface partly reflects these pulses back to the sensor, where the actual filling level is calculated.
The MOLOSwave sensor reliably and accurately measures the actual filling level in silos and tanks with a measuring range of up to 20 m. Output signal: 4..20 mA provides easy further signal processing by routing it to the PLC or visualizing it in a local display device.

2. Mollet MOLOSbob Yo-Yo type sensor for continuous level measurement
Mollet Yo-Yo type sensor MOLOSbob LF20 can be used for reliable continuous level measurement of bulk tanks up to 42 m high. The measurement technology is not affected by parameters such as dust, moisture, conductivity or grain size. During the measurement at a specified time interval sensing weight is driven down into the silo or hopper with a steel band. As soon as the weight touches the surface it is stopped and the actual filling level is measured.
