In heating solutions, where a certain temperature must be maintained for a long time, we use SSR thyristor relays for process control, which ensure accurate and long-lasting operation.
We use a Pixsys PID thermoregulator with a built-in SSR output to maintain a certain temperature for the selected process. For process execution, we additionally use 1-phase or 3-phase SSR relays for accurate and fast control of the heating elements.
Usage
SSR relays provide high precision and high-frequency temperature control for a variety of applications. 1-phase or 3-phase heating element control in heating or production process.
